Power Antenna: Anybody know what this is from? Trash or treasure?

This antenna was included in a 5 gallon pail of parts that came with a 69 charger I bought years ago. I have no clue what it's for/from and I can't seem to find a part number on it anywhere.

Has anyone seen one of these before?

Is it worth saving, or is it junk?

15 years of storing it....time to do something with it.

Thank you. Looks like trash, rather than treasure. I'm not even sure it works. I thought I better check before scrapping.
