my new field find!!!

Good luck with the project. Good deal.

ok everyone, heres what i found out today, sorry to say there aren't many pictures only two( my phone died after those. it originally came from a town of 10,000 people from ohio, it was bought new by an eccentric lady, she than moved to everett Wa where it set for 12 years, before the previous-previous owner bought it 3 years ago. he bought it drove it for 3 years as a daily driver, then the right front brake line blew out so he let it sit until 4 moths ago the previous owner bought it, it still set but he put in a new battery and tires, then i bought it.

now for the details, the interior is shot except for the door panels and all the vinyl side panels, floor pan is gone same as the trunk and left front door pillar, trunk extensions are also gone. 2 holes on the firewall, cancer by driver side hood bolts, a true fell on the passenger side rear quarter leaving a medium size dent several small cancer spots on driver side inner fender, lower trunk lip, holes in panel behind seat where the speakers go.

now for the good news, finally!!! numbers matching engine and tranny, factory build sheet, rear window defroster option, w23 himi rim option, the car is a true SE Charger, power steering, power brakes, power windows, AC. and it includes two sets of rear quarters, one is a NOS set of quarter skins, and the other set is basically the rear half of a 1972 dodge charger from the door jambs back minus the trunk pan both sets are rust free..... and i talked him down to a whopping $1200, than i drove off into the sunset with the original keys, title, and a stain in my pants:hello2:

Those are some neat options! Especially the power windows! It does sounds like a Midwesterner type of car with that kinda of rust, and some of the coast cars get some of the door jamb and firewall rust too. Will have to stop by you place and visit and check out the Charger! I am about 10 blocks from downtown actually. Just those NOS quarters are worth the price! Pretty cool! Now to start acquiring replacement parts while you drive it!! -Jimbo

thanks jimbob! yeah we will definitely have to meet up as soon as i get the car. the car weirdly enough is still sitting at the previous-previous owners house, and i just came down with a case of strep throat/ear infection, so crawling around and getting the broncos numbers writin down, (per buyers request) is gonna have to be put off,
but not for long!
