Hi, looking for some help/advice on how the wiper linkage goes back together on a 74 RR. Previous guy took em apart and I can't figure out how to get them back together. Put a new motor in so know that works fine but having some trouble with the linkage rods that connect to the wipers and then to the motor. Any help, or even better, some pics, would be much appreciated. Thanks

Although not the best description but may help...

Thank you very much for this diagram. That should help a lot. Going in on Sat to try to tackle this so we'll see.

You may need to be a contortionist if your going to attempt assembling it in the car. I know my language was quite colourful when I had to replace the plastic bushings ;)

2 or 3 speed, they are different. Here is a pic of the 2 speed set up.

Yea, it's super tight in there. Tried once already and had to really squeeze my hand in. Thanks for the pic King, that's also useful. Few questions if you know though. In looking at this pic, is the right side where the long "rod" and the wiper linkage that goes to the motor are together - is that the driver side of the car or the passenger? (if that makes sense) Also, it looks like one side of the rod is on the bottom of the latch and one on top. I'm assuming this is correct but again wondering about placement.
Last but not least, there looks like a small clip that comes out the front of the bulb on the bent arm linkage. What is that called, if anything? I'm missing that on my linkage and wondering where to get it.

Sorry for all the questions. Newbie when it comes to wipers and missing my Haynes manual. Thanks for all the help

Here are a couple more.

The link/crank arm goes to the motor (I believe) and the other end of that arm to passenger, and other naturally to the driver.
As mentioned, 3 speed looks different than that.

Man, that clears everything up. Thanks so much for the help. Cross my fingers now for the install!
