What is this called and where can I get one and how do you install it.It's some sorta roller or ? to stop the window from falling out.

You have to replace the run channel plastic slides. You can get the parts from Chrysler dealer or restoration parts dealer, and Ebay. Mopar part # for the kit is 2932230. You will have to pull vent window assembly up and out of door to install.

Just the slider part is available as well if that is all you need, but more than likely the whole slider assembly with the attaching clips will be needed. Sliders only is part # 4198752, and as posted above the kit is 2932239. www.factorymoparparts.com has the 2932230 in stock for $49.80 per side.
