I don´t quite get that (X) to 1 on steering, can it be converted wheel turn from lock-to-lock, find it more understodable. I like that ratio to be generally at 2 to 2.5 turns.

Another option is to get yours rebuilt. Stuarts Power Steering in Stoney Creek, Ontario did mine. Canadian dollars keep it cheap.
