what is it worth?

The others will way in and they know much more than i do but let me say this much. In picture #7 i see what looks like cracks and that would mean heavy bondo. Id be real careful with this car as from the pictures i see some rust and who knows whats under that paint. Myself i don't think its worth the asking price
 
I thought it was a bit much too. it's only about 5 minutes from my house, so I might go take a look at it and see what it looks like in person
 
Remember that body rust is like an iceberg....only around 10% is visible above the surface. :grin:

kind of up in the air with this. did you see the paint chips on ps fender? missing wipers, missing antennae, etc. plus side, it's got a 340, but who's to know what condition it's in. walk up with 5 grand in your hand, and 5 grand in your back pocket (if it fits)
 
I'm with 69roadr on this but the 5 grand in my back pocket would stay there.

5-6 would be max. up here you could go 7-8-9 because there is no good ones left. at 10 grand you would have 18 to 20 into it and thats if the motor and trans are ok.

It does say in the ad it needs a trunk floor, quarters and extensions.

That said, I bought one a year ago with a 70 340 with correct for 69 aircleaner and exhaust manifolds and drove it into my shop for $2500.

Plus this one is all apart and who knows what's missing.
