Hi All- I previously posted to sell parts but opted to complete the build so thought I'd throw it out to the masses. The '66-'67 Belvedere is likely the most iconic and oft copied Petty car but no builders in CA had ever seen nor heard of one in the state. My version is to be highly accurate but still streetable. Four years in the making, all parts are date code correct, please let's not nit-pick wiring harnesses. '66 Belvedere body, '66 street 426 hemi and A833, '67 Dana 60, all SW gages collected are '66/'67 with ink'd date stamps, GTX grill, etc. Remember the real car is a Frankenstein mismatched mess of '66/'67 parts. Last week was the bulk of the roll cage. While it would never be consider safe today, every bar is located correctly, still finishing this week. Petty Blue...the argument of the century. If you take pictures in direct sunlight, clouds or indoors, this custom mix seems to nail it and yes we can make it available if interested. I'll update as we build it out.

Funky image upload interface, no validation, so unclear if the pictures will post

Shawn

If anyone knows how to make this image loader work correctly please provide the secret. When you drag/drop the images into the drop area, the picture covers the entire screen with no access to any of the buttons there previously. If you drop more than one image it seems to overwrite the previous image. Any help?

Welcome to FBBO from NorCal quite a little east of you...

The easy way IMO to upload photos especially with out using a photo-sharing deal

go to the "go advanced" posts portion below the posting box

scroll down the page a bit to attachments section
click on upload photos & then click on add files, top part of that box
select files program on you computer etc. navigate thru that,
then when you done selecting photos, click on the upload photos button
easy peasy

then you can download them straight from your computers files/browser

good luck have fun

Thanks, it looks like I was able to edit the original post and include a few pictures
