1972 Dodge Dart - located in Livermore, CA

My Dart was hit in the right front corner. It would make a good race car, or it could be fixed with a donor front clip. Aside from what you can see, the right front frame rail is pushed in a bit, probably 1/4-1/2". Insurance estimated 8 hours of shop time to pull it straight, but I think it could be lived with if you didn't care much. Some heat and a porta-power could do the job too. Rear fenders were in the process of being straightened, but they ARE NOT rusty at all. This car had some rust in the drivers floor pan area that has been replaced. There was rust on the right front fender that was repaired, but that will need to be replaced anyway. There was rust on the roof under the vinyl top that has been treated and epoxied. My intent was to put a vinyl top back on. Otherwise, it was quite rust free.

Here is what I am offering to anyone willing to work with me a bit and haul it away:

$500 for the car as a roller, clean title (not salvage). The following lists ARE NOT necessarily complete:

Comes with:
- the original 14" steel wheels and hub caps (not Rallye wheels in the picture)
- 4 speed with hump, z-bar mounts, pedals, etc.
- good driver's side door, good right front fender extension, original door panels
- original wiring
- /6 k-member, power steering bits
- 7.25" rear end, original leaf springs
- all the trim pieces
- any other original parts to the car that I am not currently using.
- a TON of sound deadener throughout
- rear and side windows are good. Front window has a crack.
- headliner, in poor shape.
- new brake lines
- new fuel lines
- new gas tank

Does NOT come with:
- motor
- transmission
- steering column
- drive shaft
- rear bumper
- front seat
- wiper motor
- master cylinder

Here are some other parts available to go with the car, but ONLY with the car:

$100- really good factory color paint and clear- enough to paint the exterior.
$100- complete, NEW black carpet for the 4 speed configuration.
$100- A-body drive shaft for 8.75" axle
$100- rechromed, very nice rear bumper.
$500- Complete A-body 8.75" axle with 3.23 open gears. Small bolt pattern.
$850- perfect rebuilt 4 speed overdrive and Hurst competition plus shifter with linkage. Not just painted- fully rebuilt with perfect gears.
$150- slant 6 bell housing, clutch, flywheel, z-bar, fork, etc.
$300- rebuilt floor shift steering column

If you want EVERYTHING listed above, $2000 takes it all.

I believe these are all fair prices given that I need you to work with me a bit while I pull the current drivetrain that I will be swapping into another Dart. I'm willing to listen and take offers on the whole lot or parts of it, but all offers must include the car itself. I am mostly concerned about getting it off my driveway, cleaning off my shelves, and making room for my other projects. But I can't just give it away. If no one is interested, I'll be parting the car quickly and scrapping the rest.

PM me here if interested.

The parts listed in the ad are available with the car only. I'm not currently interested in separating them.

I haven't had many bites on this stuff. The individual parts are now available. I'm willing to ship small stuff or meet you somewhere near the SF Bay Area with bigger stuff.

I have a deposit on the car and four speed stuff. KH disc brakes and a 8.75" rear still available...

I took a deposit on the rear end too. Everything is currently spoken for, being picked up this weekend.
