You are buying a Mopar 2660119 Steering Wheel Horn Trim Ring Bezel for a 1966 Plymouth Belvedere or Satellite.
This is in Very Nice Original Condition with no damage, good chrome and no pitting to speak of.
The plastic center is clear and bright with no spider cracking or damage.
