A12 4 speed conversion

i have a A12 super bee automatic car, how much will it hurt the value if i do a correct 4 speed conversion on the car ?

i really like the 4 speed better.

its a non original motor & tranny car in the registry.

IMO, When/if you go to sell it, you will just have provided more ammunition to the potential buyer as it will now be "necessary to return it to original" to them. Nickels and dimes for some folks, likely thousands to many.

From a purist standpoint it would hurt the value. If you find a buyer who likes a 4 speed, then you may be OK.

i just realized i have the original transmission to the car. now it will stay a automatic car.
