who sells a good gas tank for our cars? thanks

a bunch of places.. i just bought a Stainless one from Classic ind. for my '64

Another vote for Spectra, had no problems and I don't mind supporting the Canucks every once in a while ;) Just be sure that your fuel sending unit is perfectly centered or you will have leaks. Ask how I know

has anyone tried the 521 restorations tanks?

I believe most of 521Restorations are Spectra tanks, as that is what I got when I bought mine 4 years ago through AMD, which is what Jeff carries.

Yeah, I was looking around a couple months ago. There seems to be 2 brands. The Spectra which has been around for a long time, sounds like they are good tanks. 521 has a zinc plated version for $120 There is also another one I ran across PLATINUM PRO FTK010480, Rock Auto carries it. I never heard of it and can't find much on it. Also 521 listed sending units with 5/16, 3/8 & 1/2 lines. Unfortunately they won't have the 1/2 available until July (at least for my 65 Coronet). I also saw this older thread

Tanksinc.com has tanks for efi, not too bad of a price either.
