I have for sale a restored pair of Headman headers #78030 that I had professionally sand blasted and then black ceramic coated by my local coater (Embee Performance Coatings
). Here in So-Cal.
They fit various years of both B & E bodies with 361 B engines up through 440 RB. Check out the Headman website for further details. They are in very good condition and still in bubble wrap from the coater. Only a couple of little dings from the previous owner, otherwise great and ready to install. I've decided to go a different route with my '63 Dodge so I won't be needing these headers after all. Asking $325.00 obo + UPSG shipping.
Also willing to trade for the following: Good quality/powered Mig or Tig welding machine of same value, possibly other small shop machines for home machine shop.

did these have to be dented in some places to fit in eng compartment? clearence for starters? thanks

Not that I remembered. The driver's side header inside view is shown in the bottom last picture. Shows no signs of any clearance dents. I can double check the passenger side to confirm on that as well.
Primary tubes are 1 3/4" and collectors measure 3.00" so there shouldn't be much of any clearance issues.

Interested but shipping across the country is going to kill it.

But for the overall cost compared to buying new from Summit ($460-$470) , it still works out cheaper. UPS ground to most of the eastern seaboard will be around $45 +/-.

No fitment clearance dents at all ! Here's how they looked before I took them in for sand blasting & ceramic coating. as you see in the earlier pictures, they look very nice now and are ready for action.
