home depot insulation it's a lot cheeper than dynamat or some of the other swap meet insulation stuff and it works

Can't wait to see the headliner in hemi#1. Been watching your build and it's great to see it so close to being done.

hi and thanks it's been over 3 years doing her. the car will be back on Mon. I've loved this body style since 68 and the Keystone Classics since72

Researching headliner. How did it turn out. How much did it run you? I got a quote for $400. The headliner is under $100 from classic industries. $300 for labor seems steep. Also interested in the homedepot heat insulation you did. What section did you find it (roofing?)

Good luck my man. Headliner is such an important piece of the ascetics. Hope it turns out great!

I just got my headliner in my 64 Dodge 2 dr hdtp. last week. I used insulation that looks like yours. Self adhesive on the back. It is home heating duct work insulation. "Frost King " IIRC from Lowes. Altho I have done two in the past, I hired it done this time as I wanted it to be right the first time. And it is flawless. Upholsterer drove 50 miles to my garage. He made new sail-panels from my pattern , installed all the garnish moldings, made patterns for the inside doors , inside quarters, and package tray. Not sure on cost yet, but under $500 and he got the headliner pre made.......................MO
