Ok, I want to change out tranny pans. I don't want to re-plumb my lines.. ok? I also don't want a pan I'm going to crack cause it hangs to low. Been a chat with Summit but they had little info...
TCI 128000 .... says it will add 2 qts capacity. Summit can NOT give me a depth.... but the box is 4.4 inch...
Summit 1009 (house brand) says add 2qts.... 3.125 deep
B&M 10280. says 3 3/8 deep adds 4qts...

A 1/4 inch adds a half gallon capacity.. ???

Anybody running the TCI 128000.... how deep is it??

I do like the Moroso 42080.... but it is PRICEY

Thanks

i would use a 518 pan with a trans cooler up front mopar joe

Take a look at the 48RE pans too. 4 quarts more capacity is what I'm seeing. A stocker may be what you are looking for? Not sure what a stock pans holds vs a regular 727 but the one on my diesel is stock and is deeper. Might be the cheap way to go if you're not looking for a finned aluminum piece.
