I am looking to upgrade my 14 inch wheels (225/70R14) to 15 inch on my 67 500. I will be using either a set of 15x7 4.25bs Road Wheels (Magnums with trim rings) that I already have or buying a set of Cragar GT 15x7 4.25bs. The Road Wheels currently have 235/70R15 tires on them (they were on my 66 Newport and filled out the wheel well nicely) but they look way to big on the 67. Does anybody run a 215 or 225/70-15, and could you post some pics? Any other size recommendations welcome. Thank you!

I have Micky Thompson S/T 255 60 15 on 8in ralley wheels with extra 1/2 inch back space. Cost me a bit to get the extra back space done but they look great. I like the lowered look. I can add pictures if you like.

Thanks FBBO

I run a set of 225 70 15 Goodyears on 15 x 7 cop wheels. No clearance issues at all and I think they really look great on my 67 Coronet.

I run 215/70-15 on original early 60s 15x7 5 spokes. I have fender lip clearance issues and will be going to a 215/65. But the problem is the crappy vintage offset these wheels have.
