Pushbutton 727 conversion

Want to put a pushbutton 727 back in my 64 fury big block. Can the tail shaft be upgraded to take a slip yolk driveshaft?

I believe a 65 tailshaft will bolt right up.

yes but the transmission will need to be disassembled and redone, assuming your going to a later model torque converter. I have 2 for sale. pm if interested. new never used.
