hey guys, my front frame rails are bad and the torsion bar cross member! So I picked up a complete front clip, rad support to torsion bar cross member from a non rusty donor car. I am not sure how I am gonna get everything strait? What should I replace first, the floor or the front section?

I would take the floor out and started with the cross member, then the rails, finishing with the floor. I have the floor out of mine, new cross member is in, just waiting to put the rail in to put the floor back in. It's alot of work, make sure to measure before you do anything to get a good baseline of how square the car is. Crib and support the car so it doesn't move on you, and get the factory measuremets from the service manual. Mymopar.com has the manual forr download. Best of luck with your project!

My problem is it is all one piece! Would be a lot easier if it was all separate pieces I think!

Wow, that might be a chore....I like the idea its factory square, Im glad I only did one rail....Good Luck, maybe somebody has done that....

Here's one idea, make a jig to bolt in like the k-frame to keep the rails square, maybe a brace for the hinge area on the inner fenders too, remove the crossmember and get it welded into the car, then slide the rest into place. The crossmember sits on top of the inner rockers, so it's almost impossible to get it in in one piece, and it's only 8 spotwelds per rail to drill out. Take your time with a spotweld cutter and wd-40 to cool the bit. I highly suggest Blair cutters, they've done me well.
