I got a set from RT Specialties and they worked great after I trimmed the tabs off like previously mentioned. On a black car, they looked horrific to say the least. I also used screws to hold them down instead of the welded on pins, as my car was a non vinyl top car to begin with. Sure was hard to take a drill to a nice new paint job though.
