That wouldn't work because a clock would be set to each users time zone, so you would only see your own time

I'm on some other boards that a few users put a box in their signature that says their time, tempeture, etc. not sure if this forum allows coding in the signature though?

I would have to see the code your talking about.

It says right on the post what time it was posted and what day. What more do you want?

so it now says a moment ago then so many minutes ago eventually a time not much use

Hey Polywide, click on the posters location.
In Newcastle Australia Mostly sunny 68° and 3:02pm. right now this second.
But not mine, go figure. And believe it or not there is a Zombieland with time and temp.

But from what @polywideblock is asking - he wants a Current time zone of the Site origin (Chicago) so he can see the actual time & Day at the time of posting without having to do serious calculations. I think it's pretty clear what he has asked for, and I like the idea.

Same, that would be cool to know what time zone of who you are posting with. 1:38am here and what 2:00pm in Sydney or so?

And I don't even have a clue how to implement it --- Moreover -- I don't really see the point for all but maybe a few users.. But - I'll keep looking into it

Here you go....
Trouble is -- its dependent on the user having his time zone set in his profile. There really isn't another way for us to know what time zone he's in. So if a user never bothered to setup his time zone, it defaults to Chicago.

You set that in your FBBO Preferences
