Sending a PM

I am having trouble figuring out how to send a PM. Or am I supposed to start a conversation to do that? I was trying to reply to a post, and I can't send a personal reply to another member. I clicked on a members name. then I clicked on start a conversation, but there was no typing bar appeared. Can someone help out here? The last arrangement worked way better in my opinion. Thanks.

Its now "start a conversation." but when I just did it I got an error message...

That's aodd, when I click on START A CONVERATION on Gary's profile I get this message, but when I click on Joeys it works as it should..

Ok I finally got it to work. Went from Starbucks to Village Inn and now it's working. Lol. Also deleted 6 conversations down to nine. So it looks as if I can store 15 conversations, thanks for all your help.

Clicked on my name, and start a conversation wouldn't appear. Guess I can't talk to myself any more. Lol. Can someone see if they can start a conversation with me, as I want to see if it's working. Thanks.
