looking to buy a 70 roadrunner project. Have about 10,000 (cash of course) to spend. I'm located in Denton Texas. Would prefer to come look at the car before buying it, and for it to be at most, about 300 miles from Denton Texas.
Thanks

there should be plenty of rust free cars out your way.
good luck

Only have about 10 to spend right now, and am looking to get a project pretty soon.

Got the bug huh???? I know when it bites, time stands still and the $$$ burns a hole!!!! Lol! Are you only interested in a 70 RR? , $10k could get you farther down the road with a Satellite, Belvedere, or Coronet.
I saw this one a month or two ago for 12k
I'll keep an eye out, good luck!

Really only looking for a 70 roadrunner. Been trying to get one for a while. As it always seems, I either don't have cash and a few good deals pass me by, I have cash and there's none for sale within a 500 mile radius, or I have cash and people was crazy money on total restoration projects.
Been checking craigslist regularly though, and maybe this time I can get ahold of one.

Headed to Biloxi Mississippi this October for cruising the coast. Maybe some one there will have a lead.

Motor and transmission aren't a necessity; I'll be ordering a new front end from qa1 and putting a new 5.7 or a 6.1 hemi with an automatic transmission in the car. Don't mind rust either, already have some sheet metal for one ready to be welded on.

Good luck Garret! I got my 1970 RR project car 7 years ago for $10K and it needs the entire interior both quarters, grille, trunk floor and extensions, etc. it is a 383 4 speed. I have since bought both quarters, trunk floor and extensions, grille and tail lights for around $1,400 so it would take around $12K to pry it loose from my hands. I purchased other parts for it too, so I really wouldn't let it go for less than $14K. Maybe I'm a dreamer, but I really don't want to sell for that price either.

Good luck with your search!

Thanks, but only looking to buy a 70 roadrunner project.

Can add a 6x6 amphibious as a partial trade to a roadrunner if wanted.

It will be worth 3000. Halfway through rebuilding it right now. Should be done soon.

I'm in Denton Texas

Have my other 6x6 in the garage right now for a motor swap and bumper fabrication. Once it's done, I'll get the other one out into the sunlight for a few pictures and up in the garage to get done.

Here's a few pictures, here in a few days, maybe a week or two, ill have some video of it running around.
