Charger rear fender splash shields

I am looking at inner fender rear splash shields for my 69 charger. I see some listed with bracket and some without. I am curious to know why the ones without the bracket are typically more then the ones with the bracket. Can anyone give me reasoning or pros/cons to either one? Thanks

68/70 dodge b body's have extended bracket.....68/70 Plymouth does not.....because of different fender shapes....if that helps....

Thanks good information. Mine on my 68 charger are rotted and almost completely gone. But they done their job as nothing behind them even had any rust. Glad you posted this I might have bought the wrong ones as well.
