how do you put those on the trunk hinge with it being installed already? thanks

Your talking about the trunk hinge torsion bars, right?
Those plastic (nylon) sliders fit near the open ends, one on each side, under the slide ramps, under the hinge itself. Lol...am I making any sense!
Pry the rod down, away from the ramp, slip the plastic part on, and let go. Tension is set.
If your fingers are in the way...will slightly hurt!

Yep. :)

Miller has it, that's the easiest way to get it done. When I installed mine, the torsion bars happened to be out of the car, so the other option would be to partially remove / disengage them before install, but that's not really necessary.
