Is cold air worth the price?

i think the cooler dense air will give an improvement in performance. do any of you guys/gals here think your car seems to have more power when the engines cold vs hot? mine certainly seems to.

Yes, but hard to measure. The TTI wrapped headers make it 100 degrees verifiable cooler underhood temps. Can't hurt anything. Temp gun does not lie.

Agree with other comments. I've done same with the cold air tubes and air cleaner. Was approx .20 and 2-3 MPH. Run it at track and take it off if you don't like the look.

I can atest to the fact that colder/denser air improves combustion. Did this on my '67 Vette with the Big Block hood. Drew air from the back with a sealed breather and 4" element. Significant low end torque increase to the point of limited to no traction in first two gears. 327/4spd/3:36.
