MOPAR TRANSMISSION CROSSMEMBER AND Z BAR

Well, this is my first post..... I recently purchased a bunch of Mopar parts. There are a few transmission crossmember's like the one in the photo. What is it for? It's measurements are: 19 1/4 (total length) , 17 5/16 ( outer hole center to outer hole center ), 8 9/16 ( inner hole center to inner hole center.
Also, can anyone identify the Z-bar? It measures 11 1/4. Any help is appreciated! Mike

The trans cross member looks like one for a 1970-72 E-body and 1971-72 B-body cars. Check out Brewer's link...
