How do I get this steering wheel off?

Or more accurately, how do I get the round center pad off without breaking it. Once I get the pad off I think the FSM will get me the rest of the way. Also, is it possible to re-size images? If so, how?

On a center pad like that you usually push down and give it a twist about a third the way around and it should pop off.

Horn uses pads on spokes. Light pressure and twist.
 
Ok, I got it off. It just pulls straight off, no turning necessary. The battery was disconnected. The horn buttons are on the side, not in the center.

I thought about the buttons being on the sides when I tried to make a funny!
