Sort of in some ways I guess. Started with a love for automotive but Catholic high schools up here typically didn't have auto shops in those days so I went a different direction and became an electrician.
I never took wood shop, but fell in love with woodworking later on in life while working in some very high end homes throughout Toronto. So I taught myself cabinetry and joinery over the past 20+ years, which remains a hobby, besides dabbling in some mopar restoration fun this past year.

It's going but not as fast as I'd like. Both RR's painted and now I need to find time to put the parts back on. Work is busy as ever so that pretty much eliminates the possibility of getting car work done during the week. Congrats on gettin' hitched!

WOW! You have a very lovely bride, you did well. Doing most of the work myself to save money, after 37 yrs in construction I can't see fit to pay someone to do what I can do myself. I did bring an electrician in to help so I can do other things and I found a stone mason to give me a hand as well while I did other things just because I am running out of time. I haven't worked on the car in 3 yrs and still need to finish some sheet metal work before body work could start. Best wishes for your future with the new Mrs.
Good for you Matt! Wish you both well. I really like the just married sign. I have not touched my car in a year due to our new house renovations, so you might be pulling ahead of me.
