Limited Repop run of 66-69 B-Body Sway Bar Mount Straps. These were the victim of 40 years worth of curb grinds and not serviced by Mopar. Made by Americans in America from correct gauge metal, width and contour. Shipping included via USPS in mainland US. Sold in pairs for $44, just trim and weld on.

THANKS for making these....they are as advertised and you won't be disappointed!! as the ad states, these are almost always in horrible shape and this is an easy fix if you can do some welding and if not, your local shop should do it with ease and not charge you an arm and a leg.

I bought some and they are as described! Even a novice welder like myself can get them on. Its guys like this that make mopar great by supplying these kinds of parts that when you need them find no one has them or everyone's originals are just as smashed up as yours! Thanks again for these they work great! Money well spent even as a future investment trust me these can not be had anywhere else!

I don't guess anyone is making the whole bracket for 66/67 cars? I have the original bar for my 67 GTX but no brackets. I welded up some sheet metal brackets to use with PST bushing retainers that work fine - but don't look stock.

Nobody is making them to my knowledge. Not a high volume seller I would think. Try contacting Jim Drain in Florida, he could have some spare used ones. You may have to buy a damaged one that is complete and the start with that.

OK - thanks

To the original poster:
Why not repop the main body of the sway bar mount bracket also?
Lots of sway bars out there missing both the left, and right hand sides, mounting brackets.
I will bet you more cars need the whole bracket, than just the straps.
If you can do the straps, can you get done the other half?
Something for you to look into.
I think it will be profitable.

In order to be "complete" you would have to tackle the rubber bushings also. The mount design also changed in 1970, so there is only a window of applications these fit. Interestingly, the strap part also works on an "A" Body, and we have sold zero to that group of car owners. There is apparently not enough need for this part at this point!

I'm not so sure about that statement about not enough demand for the complete sway bar mounts.
I have passed on purchasing many 66-69 B body, and 67-72 A body, sway bars because they were missing the mounts.
Lots of sway bars out there that need the factory sway bar mounts.
Think your missing out on a needed part.

Can someone point out or explain where these would install? I don't currently have a sway bar mounted on my '67 Satellite but I am planning on purchasing some LCA's with sway bar mounts and installing a stock sway bar in the near future and since they are a limited run I feel like I need to snag a pair of these if I may need them.

Search for a sway bar first and see if you need them. It may be better to spend extra money on a real nice one than to repair one. From a farmers view, put the sway bar before the strap.

Sounds like a good plan. Thx for the advice.
