Don't worry, I'm not looking to try and put a set of skirts on a Charger or Coronet- I was just curious... there seemed to be kind of a resurgence around 1969, 1970 as far as fender skirts- like the (I think) '70 Riviera had em, as well as the Grand Prix, the '70 Monte Carlo, etc. Has anyone ever seen a '71-'74 B-body with an aftermarket set of fender skirts?

Glad it's not a trend that caught on....

Yeah, it's weird... it's one of those where they'll look great on one car (although it's rare) and look completely inappropriate on another.
I've never seen those pictures, though! I don't... hate the blue one ('68? '69?), like it's just curvy enough to kind of offset the height of the quarter panel. The yellow car ('66? '67?), the quarter with the skirt just looks huge and heavy.

Ya with the skirts it really makes those panels look bigger even than they are....if that's possible...
Skirts, imo, belong on Cords, Delahayes types...

I kinda like them on the Coronet....now it just needs to be lowered a bit more in the back and add a set of oval exhaust pipes.
