Well, it is fun and frustrating all at the same time. You will learn allot here.

There was a late and early style B engine mount type in '62. My '62 is the early style. The brackets for this style K frame are hard to find. This website and the pictures may be helpful. http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/1962-Dodge-Plymouth-Motor-Mounts.html
I've done this swap many times over the years. If you have any questions don't hesitate to send me a private message. I can't think of any information you might need that you won't be able to find somewhere on the internet. There are a lot of helpful and knowledgeable people on this site.

I recently did just what you are talking about on my 62 fury, I changed to duals also. Other than getting a cable shift BB 727 everything else was straight forward.
Drive shaft fit right in. You will need a BB radiator also. Throttle cable was also no issue.
I do have a correct 727 if you need one.
I can get you the top rad hose # .
As a bonus I do have a pair of new dual exhaust tail pipes. They would be from the muffler back.
Let me know. I'll help you.
Nothing like having a 383 BB.
