My 64 Polara chassis

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. I know how it goes and at this point I am too deep into it to sell it. If someone would have offered up what I was asking I probably would have took it right then and they would have got a hell of a deal. At this point though it makes more sense to finish it. I have a 67 dart I just put into the body shop so I will get moving on that (street car) and see how it goes.

What you've accomplished so far blows my mind! I think we're all rooting for ya and anxious to see it all done.
One of a kind for this model!

A little more fitting and testing. Intake clear the hood. 4 link mounts are finally in.

Good to see you are holding on to it !!! You will lose a $h;/ load of money if you sell a project like this, thats still under construction. Walk away from it for a while and than get back to finish it .

It's a huge goal to set. Little something I do to keep the motivation. Set small goals. Build seat mount brackets and final weld mount seat. Preplan for it. Get everything set up for that goal. Small accomplishments that are finished really keeps the motivation high

Good deal! Seems like everything I make some head way on my junk, something goes wrong like the welding machine breaks and then the flow regulator craps out......seems like it never ends :(

The charger I built a while back was just like that. Issues on top of issues and on top of that the car was pulled in many different directions

Well the chassis guy claims to have finished all the welding on the chassis. I will believe it when I see it. I know I've already paid for the chassis so if he asks me for money we are going to have problems. I can't get the guy to put the rear end under the car. It's like he thinks the moment it rolls I am going to yank the car out of the shop and take it somewhere else. That is probably exactly whats going to happen. This car has just completely exceeded my tolerance level. Oh well, in other news my 67 dart is moving along nicely at the paint shop. I guess there is something to be happy about :)

Bump. Car is on the ground and rolling. All the suspension is done. Car IS FOR SALE> $20,000 or best offer. I will not be finishing the car. I am in the middle of selling my house, moving, etc......someone with good intentions please come steal this away and finish it.

What ever happened to the Charger?

It went home and sits. I finished up the chassis work. Had it certified. Did the body work on it. He did have it painted plumb crazy purple. It just sits now

If I could only convince the wife I need to spend 20k I'd be at your door with a trailer real soon. I'll keep nudging her...

well I more than twice that in it. I'd like to see someone finish

The rear suspension is complete on the car now, it has a wishbone style centering for the rear end. The chassis will take whatever you can throw at it. Chassis guy says he'd throw 3000 horsepower at it and now sweat it one bit. Someone make me a reasonable cash offer and take it home.

helo i'm interested in your 64 polara, but being new to this. i don't know how to go about talking to you about it
