64 Plymouth SF. Thanks for the kind words!

Tom Bean? Guess I'll have to look it up sometime...name of the town live 'near', 20' outside the city limits.

Been a battle the whole way. Didn't help, after getting frustrated trying to find parts, didn't even look at it, for about five years. Slowly parts started getting made.
Crummy pic, old camera, but a full shot.

-------who was tom bean ?
Tom Bean, Tx, pop. hair over 1000. Plus cornfields, horses and cows.
Thomas Bean...rich land owner from Bonham 1800s. Donated land for railroad wayside, but rail route changed, and by-passed the town. Tom Bean died 1887...town was named after him.

Appreciate it, guys!

Hunt for parts and pieces, to get this thing glued together. And, get my act straight!

Great car!! It is high on my list of cars I would like to have. It was a real muscle car way before the GTO ever had much muscle.

Amen on that, brother! The 64 is my attempt to relive my 63 SF days, when I was a little wild, and crazy. Sure did like the top down. On the street...nothing could touch my 63...until a plain jane 62 Fury came up. Ha! That's a wild story. And didn't beat me by much.
Never had the money for the SS stuff. Sometimes doing good just to buy gas.

That 62 plain jane...maybe this will strike a bell. For all I know, he's on the site as we speak!
Plain jane white car, only thing 'racey' looking about it was both the hood, and trunk lid, were held down all four corners, by studs and wingnuts(?).
Invited me to the garage the coming weekend, to see what was under the hood, and trunk lid. Too much! Two marine crank batteries trunk mounted. No crossram...instead one of the two-piece 'bathtub' manifolds. When he ran me, sported one 4 barrel...now, had the two staggered 4s top plate...and a good looking pair of slicks mounted...getting ready to hit the strip. Good stuff!!
