anyone in Phoenix know where this car is located?

Here is a frustrating one; this car has been listed on craigslist phoenix for two weeks, and no contact info?

Just the car I've been searching for, but no way to contact the seller. I've pressed the send note button, but no updates to the ad.

You could post a copy of the picture on an add asking for the owner to contact you. Place it under the same category as his add. Maybe he'll see it.

Entertaining story I have to tell. I guess this thread is as good as any.

I called two months back on a Road Runner in Portland that came up on craigslist. The ad said something like I can't do text, don't have email or voicemail-please call in person. The seller was a very nice 79 year old man. We discussed the car and I mentioned that I might have a friend check out the car. He asked why I didn't come over myself.

I explained that I was calling from Tucson. He exclaimed "TUCSON??!!!??". "How does someone in Tucson know I have a car for sale in Portland?" He then yelled to his wife that someone from Tucson is calling about the Road Runner in amazement.

So, I told him that craigslist has an email method to notify when a car is listed and I had (at that time) Portland on my list. He then told me he thought craigslist was some sort of 'printed' publication. His Nephew was the person who had placed the car on craigslist, and he was just assuming the 'list' was published somewhere. He then asked me if I had heard of 'eBay'.

I'm assuming this craigslist ad is a somewhat similar situation. The seller might go to the library once a month for his internet access, etc.

It stated health reasons for selling it! Sadly maybe he 's to ill to reply or worst case he is deceased!

I thought of that too but you would think they would have left contact info.
