I'm trying to put the jigsaw puzzle of the rear end components on my 69 Charger. Does anyone have pics of the order in which the components tack to each other? I've read through many restoration posts, but I don't remember who posted what pics so I figured some of you may have those old photos handy. Thanks in advance

He wants to know in what order to assemble the sheet metal body panels, which piece overlaps which.

If this thing would let me post a pic as easy as it use to I could show you the rear of my 68 charger. I just got thru with all that. The rear body panel goes on top or the outside of the valance panel. the body panel goes on top of the trunk gutters and on the outside of the quarter panels. the rear valance over laps the body panel on the inside, the bottom/outer corner pieces don't fit very well to the valance, so I just welded them together so no seem there.

This is a big help. Any chance you could email me some pics? [email protected]

You should test fit or possibly install/weld-in the small bottom corner pieces before a lot of the rear parts, like trunk floor and/or extensions etc., so you can make them fit best. They seem to have problems fitting a lot.

Glad to see French Settlement, La Has at least one Mopar.
