I need to have the plastic instrument fascia re-chromed for my 63 Plymouth. Does anyone have a recommendation? Thanks

Just talked to Bob at Chrome Tech USA. I'm sure we'll do business Thanks

Wish I would have seen this contact several years ago - hard to find this specialty. I logged them in my contacts for future reference. Thx for,the post.

vaccumornamental.com. They do great work at less than half of anyone else. 80,000 s.f.
facility. Ask for jim

The gentleman's name at vaccumornamental is Frank, not Jim. Old timers has set in.

I used GCAR. Nice work at a fair price.

I used Glen at GCAR too. He did my gauge cluster on the '64 Polara and I was very happy with the results. I'd go back to him if I needed anything else.....

I was less than impressed with GCAR for my 65. Had higher expectations. Did not expect to see scratches through the chrome. Chrome finish does not appear to be consistent.

There was a member on here that did plastic chrome. Lost the contact info with the new fbbo upgrade awhile back...

Cornpatch Mo did it with excellent results. Maybe he'll post about it.
