All Mopar Swap Meet; Jan. 29th; Mt. Clemens Michigan

I may go. It's only 10 minutes from my home.

Best spot to be in Metro Detroit in the winter.
Doug

It's a great swap meet and the best place to be in the middle of a Michigan winter.

I have 4 cars to work on. I don't socialize much.

There can't be any excuses, I'm coming all the way from Brooklyn, NY. Actually there on business and will be attending to see how it is as a swap meet and maybe meet some members.
If y'all see my Brooklyn Hat or Brooklyn Dodges jacket, say hey and hello. I'm harmless. LOL.

Typical show. More idiots talking in the middle of aisles, than anything worth buying.

Why don't you tell us how you really feel..... I was set up there and didn't see you at the show!! I sold a bunch of stuff it was a GOOD show for me. Don't bother going NEXT YEAR

I got conned into going this year. I've only been 2-3 times in the last 10 years. If I'd have to drive more than 15 minutes....I'd never go. I don't need anything, so I sat with a friend and his wife by the concession stand for a couple hours, while my buddy who had to be there wandered and wondered where I was. He bought a license plate, and I picked up some 1/2 and 3/8 sockets from some poor guy, freezing his *** outside, as I left. If I had walked the show....you might have seen me.

It was a "normal" Michigan area all Mopar swap meet. Most of the "regular" sellers there, a lot with a lot of "junk" and the "normal" few with very nice NOS or very nice used parts. Anything Mopar that is very nice in condition is not cheap anymore no matter where you go. A lot of people complaining about the pricing but you get what you pay for now days. There was a handfull of empty tables, but assume sellers are running out of parts to sell...good "original" parts are not being made anymore..goes with the territory I guess. Bad weather pretty much held off. Dry roads going home.

I was ther at 930 this morning it was packed, i got some original side marker lights for my 68 charger near mint, a set of 68 license plates with my initials on them for the first 2 letters, got hooked up with a wiring harness distributor for american autowire saved me over $150.00, from Pat Sadjak. they was alot of junk there, some way overpriced, went last year and picked up a couple items, doubt if I'll go again, unless I do another car.

Good score on the plates. Is Sadjack the Wheel of Fortune Host?
