Lmao "that was a scary ride" I can imagine you saying it. Gotta agree, it does sounds scary as hell especially when you got a car on the trailer. And man you have a lot of wheels haha
I've had two bad rides dealing with trailers. The first time was with my race car. I wasn't driving and was asleep in the back when all of a sudden I was getting pitched back and forth. The second time (again I wasn't driving), we were hauling a load of steel 2x4's and 2x6's and well, we didn't load the trailer very well. Not enough tongue weight but didn't have very far to go. Both experiences were with tow vehicles that were not the best but the second time, the tow vehicle was way worse lol and thought for sure we'd end up with the shiny side down and with a huge mess but thankfully, things ended up ok. And yeah, I need to cull out some of these wheels and especially the Durango/Dakota wheels! I rotate 6 wheel/tires on the Durango (don't ask), one set belongs to a buddy that is just fine with me keeping them, another set that belongs to me up in the rafters plus a few more plus the 95 Dakota has them on it....man, have no idea how many of them dad gum things are here! lol

Looks really good.

Can't wait to see what they look like on the car

The rivets in these wheels surve any purpose other than looks?
Depends on the wheel. Some are one piece & the rivets are dummies......real Centerline's are two piece & the rivets are real.

Wheels are one piece but both ends of rivet show. Have never tried taking it out.
Could be they cast, mold splashed off a real two piece & the rivet shapes are just part of the mold.....just guessing. But You said ONE rivet is already missing? Then trying to remove, You should be able to grind back side. So to fill the hole, maybe You can find a rivet that matches head size & just glue it in. Since it's a one piece wheel, dummy the cosmetics. Maybe You could find a carriage type bolt w same size head. A thought just hit me.....if the rivets are dummies in holes.....pop all the rivets, countersink the holes, polish the wheels unobstructed by heads, the put in brass countersunk screws backed up with nylocs. That would sure make a sweet look & make the maintenance polishing less of a load. Be a bit of dough in screws & nylocs.
