When I see prices like that I'm really glad I restored my 70 coronet years ago.
And I thought some items were expensive then.

Glad someone finally reproduces these. The pictures look very nice, as I would expect for a grand. Hopefully they are as nice as they look.

A grand actually an it bad sad to say.
If you can find a used one in excellent condition you may pay $2500 or more. I know of one vendor on this forum who told me he turned down $2800 for the one he has. I may get one from CI just to have as a spare

I think that it it not a bad deal. Just think of the cost of molding dies and the engineering that is involved

If been looking for a affordable driver side for years and bought an usable passenger side not long ago for 250 just to have it for that price. So I also seriously think about getting a set from CI.

I'm a Mopar guy 100 percent. But I see why guys restore chevys. You can Damn near buy gm parts at Wal-Mart for cheap. The high prices drive a lot of people out of the hobby. It's too bad.

Good point. 20k will get you an Chevelle SS 396. Not bad. But you wouldn't be nearly as cool as you would if you owned 69 Super Bee.
