1971 charger SE 383 suspension/brake ?

I am a new member with a 1971 Charger SE 383. Needs work but it is all there and runs great. Could anyone please suggest a good 4 wheel disk brake conversion kit that they did an upgrade on their charger? Seen so many and can't decide? While its apart I believe I should do a front end suspension rebuild. Any suggestions on a front end kit, poly or rubber? Thank you in advance for your suggestions?

Wilwood 140-10767

Front:
Wilwood 140-11021 -d or -r depending on your liking

Note you must use 15 inch wheels and aftermarket repop steel 15 inch magnums need clearancing to fit the front kit.
 
I suggest using polyurethane suspension bushings (with white lithium grease). I've had good luck with all the cars I've done with them. They handle better & the only drawback I've noticed is they can squeak a little if they're not greased.

I have Volare front spindles/brakes with an A-body manual disc master cylinder and Mustang GT rear discs from Dr. Diff. I use the combination valve out of the donor Volare. Great balance and stopping performance.
 
Wilwoods are the way to go you get alot of bang for the buck!

I have the 15 in stock rally wheels? That will work correct?
 
Thank you I was able to get the spec from wildwood for the inner wheel size
