What drill bit do I need for the moroso 85820 u-joint girdle?

I wouldn't drill it. I think drilling it weakens the yolk and you will have less thread contact on the bolts. I would find different bolts.
 
There was a reason to not use these, I don't recall exactly why but in the end I didn't use mine and swapped to a dana style yolk instead.

And if I recall, you HAVE to ream out the factory strap yolk in order to use the moroso piece.

Don't those caps usually hit the driveshaft when the rear end moves up and down?
 
That sounds right, I think they would be fine if you had a like a 4-link setup but they are not ideal for the street.
