200 MPH Belvedere

Wow! Met Musto several times. Good guy.

I believe I met the owner years ago at a car show near me. Really nice guy. I think I still have the artist renditions he had done for that car years ago on my computer. He sent me pics on Moparts. I'll have to dig them up. I'm pretty sure its the same gentleman, think the rendition had Northern Bell written on it.

Bad *** car. It was part of the Mopar display at the Woodward Dream cruise last summer and I saw it at the 2016 Detroit Autorama.

I Love the air splitter on the front bumper. I have a 67, it would be awesome on there.

I'm amazed it could be aerodynamically capable of 200! You would think it would float , very cool.

Agreed. At 135 or so my 69 Coronet felt like it was lifting and I have not exceeded that since the scare. 69 appears to be more aerodynamic than 67. To the eye anyway. How is it kept on the ground?

The grille cavity of 68 & 69 Coros/Chargers was a lot of the culprit of nose lift @ speed.....why Mopar's first Aero move was the flush grille(&rear glass)on the 69 Charger 500.

So that little piece of plastic/polycarbonate or whatever it is below the bumper is all I need to exceed 135?

Anything to create down force.
A full fledged Airdam that would serve to deflect air around car, cutting down on airflow underneath car will go a long way towards hi speed stability.

Dennis, just attach a front spoiler and a Daytona rear wing. Then go to the track and see how she does. :)

I would put up another one again, only next time go bigger. price is was right too, about $5000 for a 24'X31'.
