Best Headers?

I have TTi headers and full exhaust on a 440 in my Charger and also on a 400 in my Road Runner. Both 4-speed cars. Both fit great. TTi headers on my Duster, not so great. Had to dent in #7 tube, and modify the z-bar.

Curious about their full exhaust for the B-body, from the header back. Car is a 71, engine is a 400.

I really like their full exhaust systems. Mandrel bent so no distortions on the bends for better flow. All 3 systems I have are 2.5", but 3 is also available. They will also swap out their standard Super Turbo mufflers with Ultra Flows. The Ultra Flows are shorter and TTi has welded on correctly bent extensions. If you want an original factory style exhaust, Accurate is your best bet, but you will be limited to smaller diameter pipes.

Like everyone else, trying to figure out headers for my 66 Belvedere 440…..they need to be ceramic coated. Trying to stay under $1000 CDN

Good luck. TTI would be where I’d look at.

Looking for Help….. my 66 Belevedere II is a 440. The Doug’s 452 will fit a Belevedere but not a Belevedere II ( my car) according to Summit Racing…the issue being it’s a automatic on the column does any one know the physical difference between a Belvedere and a Belvedere II or will Doug’s fit both…confused at the moment!!!

Probably column shift linkage. Buy an aftermarket floor shifter work by removing linkage. You'd have to interior shift handle, it would flop around.

IDK. I'm not sure if a difference on Belvedere and II but I have Doug's with a column shift but on a 400 stroked. I bought a different Z bar that goes up and over the header and is located in the factory position. This is on a 71 B body too.
