For those of us with those oddball 15x6.5" Rallye wheels, we know how impossible it is to find trim rings. Rings for the 7" and 8" wheels won't work, and those for the 6.5" are damn hard to find and expensive when you do.

I did some experimenting, and I found that trim rings for Chevy Rally wheels will work! :) These are the ones with the belt of clips going all the way around them. They do not look exactly like the Chrysler pieces, but for $20 they are better than looking at a ring-less wheel. :)

What's your source?

ebay. :) I bought a Ford ring and a Chevy ring. The Ford is a non-starter. The Chevy works.

Interesting.

What size was it advertised for?

Here are some pics.

That looks perfect.

Do they actually measure 3"?

I see listings for both 3" and 2.5" in the same search results.

Looks like the gm 15x7 might not have had as deep a dish as Mopar x7 rallyes.

I see application listed as corvette and truck.

I've run that style on 14" rims and had good luck.

Thanks again for sniffing these out.

That's good to know, thanks.I wonder if GM made 15" rings with the brushed aluminum finish? I'll have to start scouring through the GM sellers stuff at swap meets now and see what I can find if I can't scare up any Mopar ones.

I'm currently switching my 14" rallyes to 15's and have a pair of 15" x 7" on the back now with OEM brushed aluminum rings and have two 15" x 6.5" rallyes with tires mounted for the front but no trim rings so I haven't installed them on the car yet.Anyone on here have any floating around? They'll go to a good home.
