Is my K member supposed to be dished on the bottom like this? It's right in the middle? Where you would place a jack.

Check out the gap between the ruler and the k member.

This picture is looking down the side, from where the wheel would be.

That is most likely from being lifted by a floor jack. You could drill holes, attach bolts and use some type of heavy slide hammer to pull it out. Prying from the inside may only add more dents to the top section. Any holes you drill can be welded up.

I don't usually see them bent from floor jacks. Maybe a bottle jack? My k that looked beat up like that suffered from acute, high speed rail road crossing syndrome.

I'm not worried about it if it isn't effecting the integrity of the unit. Any thoughts on that?

I was also thinking someone took a bottle jack to it in a previous life.

Looks like a bottle jack bending. That's pretty common, although yours seems pretty decent. But if there's not cracks I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm wondering if I have mounts on my k member that weren't factory? Check out the pictures. There is a knuckle I can get off due to the bolt hitting the welded on engibe mount. Also, I can't get the rear sway bar bolts out. Seems like the plate was welded in with the bolt in the hole.

I was going to take it to be powered coated but now I'm questioning keeping it. I don't see any stress cracks or cracked welds.

Only issues are the bolts and the dented bottom.

See that hole top side center? Any chance you can get to the backside of the dent through it? That could be a way to straighten it out.
Can't tell you for sure on the bolts...put in backwards? If so, cut the bolts! They'll slip out then, and install new ones.

Unless it affects drivetrain alignment or suspension alignment, leave it alone.

Question, how did they get it in with motor mount in place.

No clue on how they got it in there. I got it out by sticking a pair of vise grips on the bolt and smacking it with a hammer. I'll use a shorter bolt since there were about 1/2" of threads showing when it was tight.

The bolts for the sway bar I left in. The powder coater is just going to mask them off.
