New "garage" in the works

The builder got the floor ninjas to sand and put the first coat on last week and we got our cabinet installers for 2 days this week. They'll finish up with the cabinet trim and bathroom cabinets early next week. Now, hopefully, the builder gets his trim guys in right away to wrap up, then the painters, electrician & plumber all one right after another. It should go fast if it's coordinated, but given how this project has been dragging, I have my doubts.

From what you started with n how it is finishing up it looks ausome, the more you push the more mistakes with today's work force,if the builder wants to get paid he will get it done

Picked up the new compressor today.

Custom Elevator in PA. Otis has been out of the residential elevator market for at least 5 years now.

Otis HQ is near me. Was thinking I would get a harsher response to that post. Haaa

I'm old enough, that secondary appeal won't be much of an issue. Just old enough, to do whatever the hell I want.
Sixty-seven myself. Realtors call a lot asking if I want to sell as we are in a popular area on an acre. I just tell them my next move will be in a pine box and I really don't care what it's worth at that point.

Cabinets are trimmed out, countertops came in on Monday, the staircase & the rest of the trim was finished yesterday & the glass shower door was installed today. Tomorrow, the floor ninjas return to sand the stairs & put a coat of poly on them and 2nd coat upstairs. Next week, the painters.

The push to finish is on!
