I'll share this info I gleaned previously on Master Cylinders in case someone trundles into this in the future:

Manual disc brake compatible cylinders are, 101326 M Cardone, MC 36221 Raybestos, 18M1019 AC Delco, UP 36221 Napa, SS4736221 Napa

Think Dr diff repo's caliper brackets but $$$. There are so many kits now it's not the best swap anymore IMO. I did it in 2002 for under $600.
 
I actually got a pair of '75 Dart spindles, rotors, dust shields, and brackets for $250 at MATS so I'm starting from there. I'll need calipers, possibly one rotor, and I'll buy all new small parts, and hoses when I figure out how I'll bring up the brake line. I think I may make it under or at $600 when done.
 
I did the bigblockdart.com F/M/J body swap for $400 with no need to use any of the parts as cores and got running a roller 318 as a kicker and parts car that's still yielding parts almost ten years later!

Yes...when the articles came out originally there weren't really many kit options for mopars and the few I remember were expensive...finding these later A-bodies was much easier back then too, the 'crazy' years hadn't hit yet. But like Fran says now you rarely find donors and affordable kits are everywhere...heck I just did a right stuff swap kit, got everything for 500 and it fit and works great
