Here we go...I'm the 'new guy' by the looks of it. This past September I bought my first Mopar, a numbers matching '66 Plymouth Satellite, 4 speed Hemi car with 59K original miles.
I'm 64 years young and was raised in a small prairie town in central Canada where back in the day muscle cars were prevalent. Over the years I have 'morphed' from Fords (69 Mach 1 triple red 428 4 speed shaker) to numerous Chevrolets and now to my Hemi Satellite.
The car I purchased in September was 'given the Galen Govier blessing' back in October of 2001. Since then it has been driven minimally and has, as far as i know never seen the rain or, heaven forbid, snow. The gentleman I bought it from drove it twice a year, once to a car 'event' 2 miles from his home and in the fall to replenish a tank of year old gas. He told me he didn't want to be the person responsible for turning the odometer over 60K! As mentioned I'm new to the Mopar world and will likely ask some embarrassing questions along the way.
