I ordered a chrome air cleaner in and it comes with a longer stud and chrome wingnut to hold it in place. Does the existing stud on my Thermoquad simply unscrew? Havent tried yet, so just curious as to what to expect. Thanks

There may be some corrosion and it could be tight to get it out, but should look like this once removed.
