Can anyone that has had their floor pans replaced tell me an approximate labor cost to replace them (1 pc front/2 rear foot wells)??

What's the local shop rate ? I can tell you they are labor intensive to take out. The AMD Installation Center in Georgia charges $995. to do the front and $250 per side for the rear - parts NOT included.

I did the one piece, the torsion bar crossmember, and the two rear pans in an E body. Took about 14 hours/$700. Not including parts or materials. Also did the left rear rail but that was not included in that time.
