I'm literally laughing to pull the rear bumper. It says to change brake light bulbs I have to pull the rear bumper really ??????

It says to remove tail lights ( not the bulbs ) need to remove the bumpee, yes. But that's the full assembly. Bulbs just the lense.

However once you get the trick, it is posible to remove tail lights with bumper in car. BTDT
 
Lens only just to change bulbs, but to get that the sockets or the housing, yes the entire bumper has to come off. Great design huh?
 
I think my brake light switch might be the problem when I hooked up a volt meter to the plug in that goes to the rear lights I'm not getting any thing when pressing on the brakes . As far as taking the bulbs out I'm glad to hear I don't have to take the bumper off as usual I miss read things in the manual. I appreciate every ones input thank you very much guys.
